Gopi Nair brings more than two decades of experience in accounting, taxation, corporate governance and business advisory services across both private and not-for-profit sectors.

Throughout his career, Gopi has assisted organizations ranging from start-ups and family businesses to established enterprises, helping them strengthen financial performance, improve governance, manage risk and achieve sustainable growth.

Gopi’s expertise includes taxation and business advisory services, tax planning and structuring, business start-ups, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, process improvement, financial systems, governance, compliance and risk management. His practical approach helps clients make informed decisions and achieve their financial and business objectives.  Gopi is passionate about helping clients make informed financial decisions and achieve their personal and business objectives.

His practical approach, commercial insight and commitment to professional excellence have earned the trust of clients across a wide range of industries.  Beyond professional practice, Gopi actively contributes to community and charitable initiatives, reflecting the firm’s commitment to service, integrity and positive social impact.

Praveen Gajawada holds a Degree in Accounting from Central Queensland University and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Public Accountants Australia.

With extensive experience supporting small and medium-sized businesses, Praveen specialises in accounting, taxation, payroll administration and self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) compliance.

As Practice Manager, he oversees the delivery of services including: Individual tax returns  Company and trust tax compliance  SMSF administration and reporting  Business Activity Statements (BAS)  Payroll processing and compliance  Bookkeeping and financial reporting  Known for his attention to detail, professionalism and commitment to quality,

Praveen works closely with clients to ensure their accounting and compliance obligations are managed accurately and efficiently.  His dedication to excellence and strong client relationships makes him a valued member of the NAIR team.
